REGS Books, LLC Announces New Book Release

REGS Books, LLC is pleased to announce the release of a new book title and the upcoming release of a new book title, the first being “Have I Told You Lately That I Love You? ” In this book, the author has created a book to make the reader aware of what love really is and to make one think before frivolously tossing the word around. The purpose of the book is to dispel the many myths that have circulated throughout the years about the true meaning of love. For the most part, love means something that you really care about. However, the word love can have a variety of meanings in different contexts. Love can also be a quality that someone may possess that represents their kindness, affection, and compassion. In this book, Regina Mixon provides some of the different terminology used as it relates to love and provides the true definition of love from a biblical perspective, using scriptures and humorous anecdotes visibly illustrating what is and what is not love.

In the author’s previously written books she describes her journey of finding herself and how she came to the realization that God is real.  Mixon said, “I came to the realization that with faith in God and with the willingness to learn and work and believe in oneself, I believe nothing is impossible.” Her books have been known to provide healing for the readers. Regina Mixon uses her books to capture the essence of the human spirit by delivering messages of hope, encouragement, inspiration, purpose, faith, and courage to mankind throughout the world.

Mixon is also a motivational speaker and you will often find her speaking as well as writing about God’s love and the fact that no matter where one is in life it is never too late to turn their lives or situations around. The enormous amount of love that Mixon has for God is what encouraged her to write her newly released book, “Have I Told You Lately That I Love You?” This book discusses what love is from a biblical perspective and how we apply love in our daily lives. The pages of this book are filled with advice on who, what, when, where, why, and how to love another. “Have I Told You Lately That I Love You?” contains some scenarios that we can all relate to on some level.

UPCOMING RELEASE — “Daddy Will You Remember Me?”

“Daddy, Will You Remember Me?” is a source of motivation for anyone caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease.  The book tells about the author’s caring for her father as he struggled with Alzheimer’s disease. Each chapter tells of many different stories and situations the author, Felicia Tatum and her father experienced during their Alzheimer’s journey.  In this book, Tatum describes dealing with changes in behavior, changes in the diet, and an increased need for support as well as many other topics. The disease is a progressive brain disorder that damages and eventually destroys the brain cells, it leads to memory loss and changes in thinking as well as other brain functions. There is no cure for Alzheimer’s disease.

The goal of this first time author is to educate the readers. She lets them know that Alzheimer’s isn’t just a disease for elderly people and can strike anyone at any age at any time.  Tatum also provides a way for the readers to become familiar with the devastating effects of the disease through her stories. Felicia Tatum said, “When someone is caring for someone with Alzheimer’s disease I think it is important to lend an ear to listen and a shoulder to cry on when times are hard.” This heart touching story written from a daughter’s standpoint will not only educate you on the disease but also make you more aware of the need for a cure.
