Is Sony Set to Launch a Chromebook?

Sony appears to have a slim, ultraportable laptop in the works. Unfortunately, it's not an Ultrabook, but a Chromebook that runs Google's lightweight, always-connected operating system.

Scientists said Thursday they have designed tiny wires, 10,000 times thinner than a human hair but with the same electrical capacity as copper, in a major step toward building smaller, more potent computers.
